We are not currently equipped with a phone nor live chat department. We do have several of ways to reach out to us via email! Our Customer Experience team can be contacted 24 hours a day via

  • gympact.zendesk.com
  • emailing us directly at support@gympact.zendesk.com
  • at pactapp.com via our members only contact form
  • or by submitting an issue via settings in the application.

Once your email is successfully submitted you will receive a confirmation email. A member of our CX team will follow up within 1-3 days.
