I haven't received my rewards

There are a few reasons you may not have received your rewards:

 1) We haven't issued them yet! Rewards process each Tuesday for the previous pact week. If you don't see them Tuesday, please give us an extra day, as sometimes it takes us a bit longer to process payments.

2) You may be flagged. This isn't a horrible thing. It usually just means your payment method failed. After you make sure your PayPal or credit card information is good to go, you will start receiving rewards again! 

3) Your app display hasn't refreshed to reflect the new total. Please pull down on your app screen or log out and back in again to refresh.
