A pact is a personal commitment you make to achieve your goals. We currently offer 3 types on Pacts: gym pact, food logging pact, and veggie pact. Tell us how many times a week you want to exercise, log your food with MyFitnessPal, or eat fruits/veggies and set the monetary stakes you’ll pay if you don’t go (minimum $5 per activity missed). You can have one type of pact or have multiple types of pacts. Charges and rewards are separate for each type of pact.
